BSc Psychology with Physiology (University of Greenwich)
MSc Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy (Middlesex University).
I trained at the Metanoia Institute in west London. My training, validated by Middlesex University, is also recognized by the UKCP, the main organizational body for psychotherapy in the UK. Metanoia has a high reputation as one of the leading training institutions in the UK in counselling and psychotherapy.
I am also a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) with Psychotherapy specialty - this means that I am a qualified member of the UK's Institute of Transactional Analysis.

All of my work is supervised by another therapist who is also a qualified supervisor, who oversees and monitors my work. I feel that this is an essential part of delivering an ethical and professional service to my clients. See my Ethics page for more details.
During my training I was engaged in voluntary work--at Brescia Young People's Counselling Service (Brentwood) and MCPS in Ealing (a low-cost counselling service).
I have been in private practice since 2003. I also work at a specialist clinic at Guy's Hospital (South London & Maudsley NHS Trust).
Of course, I offer help with all the things you'd usually find on a therapist's 'menu' ... ... ...
Depression - Stress - Low Self-Esteem - Anxiety - Addictions - Anger - Motivational Problems - etc
.... but as well as more general counselling and psychotherapy work, I have special interests. These include:
